About
Dr. Good specializes in women’s health, with a focus on supporting women through the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. She combines evidence-based therapies including acupuncture, nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy and bio-identical hormone therapy in an individualized approach. She also employs comprehensive laboratory testing to help guide tailored treatments plans to restore balance, energy and vitality. Her practice integrates mind-body medicine to address the physical, mental, and emotional changes that often arise during midlife.

Dr. Good believes that healthy food is the best medicine and has created healthy, original recipes using seasonal whole foods. Here you'll find delicious breakfast ideas, healthy snacks, soups and salads, dinner and lunch ideas. All recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and low sugar.
